De m\u00eame les jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s qui tombent un jour habituellement non ouvr\u00e9 par le-la salari\u00e9-e \u00e0 temps partiel ne donnent pas lieu \u00e0\u00a0 r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de cette journ\u00e9e.<\/h6>\n<h6 data-renderer-start-pos=\"2846\">Si toutefois, en fonction du calendrier des jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s et de la r\u00e9partition de ces jours travaill\u00e9s dans la semaine, cette r\u00e8gle amenait le-la salari\u00e9-e \u00e0 temps partiel \u00e0 ch\u00f4mer moins de jours au titre des jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s que le nombre th\u00e9orique pris pour calculer sa dur\u00e9e th\u00e9orique annuelle de travail (voir annexe 1), il-elle pourra b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de jours ou demi-journ\u00e9es de cong\u00e9s exceptionnels correspondant \u00e0 la diff\u00e9rence.<\/h6>\n<h6 data-renderer-start-pos=\"3274\">La Direction calcule le nombre de jours de cong\u00e9s exceptionnels dus en raison du nombre inf\u00e9rieur de jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s ch\u00f4m\u00e9s pour chaque r\u00e9partition de jours travaill\u00e9s sur la semaine.<\/h6>\n<h6 data-renderer-start-pos=\"3456\">Ces jours seront attribu\u00e9s en d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e civile concern\u00e9e et seront \u00e0 <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">prendre avant le 30 juin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e suivante.<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>La direction devrait nous fournir son calcul pour les salari\u00e9s \u00e0
